You'll be working under the direction of the Duty Manager in the Remedial Team, where you will be the deputy technical lead and the first point of escalation of Technicians. Working from our Pirin Court Depot, this role will cover Sunday to Thursday 10pm - 6am.

What you'll do:

Be an escalation point for reoccurring faults, assisting Technicians in the implementation of investigations and fixes. Be involved with fault finding and fixing fault rectifications on CCTV and Public Address systems. Complete planned remedial activities on communications systems against a defined schedule. Promote a positive Health and Safety culture. Successfully take own initiative, work under pressure, meet tight programme deadlines/scheduling, and work to high standards.

Who you are: You'll have previous experience working as a Level 3 Technician and be looking to take that next step into a Level 2 Technician role.

Key requirements: Experience with CCTV, PA, CIS IP Networks, and ability to erect scaffolding. Strong organisational skills, including multi-tasking and time management. The job holder will be required to work Sunday to Thursday 10pm to 6am from our Pirin Court Depot. IRSE Telecoms Maintainer License. Full UK Driving License.
