Each day is a different day and we are the only cardiac specialist ward based on the Isle of Man, so we accept all cardiac emergencies admitted to the hospital.

Main duties of the job

We have students on our unit which we are committed to teach and learn with and from. We also have an active teaching ethos on our unit, and both formal and informal teaching will be expected from any sister/charge nurse. Job responsibilities

Housing Assistance is also available where the Department will pay the difference between your current mortgage/rent bill, and that of your new accommodation on the Isle of Man, up to a maximum of £250 per month. This role also qualifies for a recruitment incentive of £3,000, payable in the 1st, 13th, and 25th months of employment.
