Outpatient Sister 37.5hr | Mount Stuart Hospital
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Outpatient Sister/Charge Nurse to join our team at Mount Stuart Hospital.
The Role:
We are looking for a motivated, dynamic, and hard-working individual to join the Outpatient Team on a full-time basis. Help lead the team by working closely with the OPD Manager and existing OPD Sister. You will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality clinical outcomes using evidence-based practice. To provide managerial and clinical leadership across all clinical areas of the department including pre-assessment and minor procedures. Communicate delivery and outcomes of care to patients and to other members of the team. Develop excellent working relationships. Maintain excellent standards with infection control. Prioritise patient's health and wellbeing across a complex pathway and changing caseload.
