We are looking for a strong leader and a highly motivated Sister/Charge nurse with excellent communication skills and a real passion for nursing to join our Trauma ward (F2). The role requires a close working relationship with the multi-professional team to ensure that evidenced-based quality care is delivered with compassion to every patient. F2 is a 26-bedded trauma ward providing exemplary care to our patients during what can be a very stressful time, dealing with simple trauma through to complex poly trauma. We have a diverse workforce with a combination of staff who have been on F2 for many years as well as newly qualified staff just starting in their careers. Working for Our Organisation
