Ward A4 is primarily an acute surgical unit, including at present a cohort of medical patients. We are seeking a suitably experienced surgical nurse who has a passion for patient safety, staff training and development, and strong leadership by setting examples of the highest standards and delivering exceptional quality care to patients with mixed surgical and medical conditions. You will be an aspiring leader with the ability to adopt a highly accessible and visible approach for patients, relatives, and colleagues. You will assist the Ward Manager with the operational management for the team working on the Ward.
