Company: Main Contractor About the Role: A key client of ours is seeking a highly organized and efficient Site Administrator to join their team and provide essential administrative support for a flagship construction project in the North East. You will be responsible for maintaining a smooth and efficient flow of information and documentation, ensuring the project runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:

Document Management: * Receive, log, and distribute all project documents, including drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and correspondence. * Maintain a comprehensive document control system, ensuring all documents are accurately filed, tracked, and readily available. * Ensure the timely distribution of documents to relevant parties, including project teams, subcontractors, and clients. Project Coordination: * Coordinate and manage meetings, site visits, and inspections. * Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and agendas. * Manage the project calendar and schedule appointments. Information Management: * Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including daily logs, site reports, and meeting minutes. * Manage the project email system and ensure effective communication. * Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports. Subcontractor Management: * Assist with the onboarding and management of subcontractors. * Coordinate communication and documentation with subcontractors. * Track subcontractor progress and performance. General Administration: * Provide general administrative support to the project team, including managing phone calls, handling correspondence, and ordering supplies. * Ensure the site office is maintained in a clean and organised manner. Key Requirements:

Proven experience working as a Site Administrator or in a similar administrative role within the construction industry. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
