A loyal client to Sphere is looking to appoint a Site Administrator with immediate effect. Your new company is a leading developer of Heritage and New Build Housing, which also encompasses Apartments, Flats, Listed schemes, and Conversions. The role in question will initially be based on site in Bristol (Bedminster) for around 18 months. Following the completion of this project, my client would like to retain the same individual for a project starting in Bath that will run for a number of years. This could therefore be a long-term or ‘temp to perm’ role for the ideal candidate. Duties and Responsibilities
