This truly is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Administrator within the Construction industry to join one of the best names in the industry. With an ever-growing pipeline of work, new clients, and an expanding team, it's an exciting time to join this dynamic and forward-thinking company.

The role will see you wearing many different hats, working with all teams from design, engineering, operations, and commercial, dealing with a wide range of internal staff, clients, architects, engineers, and more. Working with a number of computer packages, you must have a strong set of IT and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Co-ordinate technical documentation for projects from concept to completion and archive. Deal directly with internal and third-party queries regarding documentation. Scan, document, and file all incoming and outgoing technical documentation. Liaise with design, engineers, and senior management. Maintain Operation & Maintenance / Health & Safety files. Maintain site registers of design reviews. Quality checking all documentation and communication, issuing communication status.

What we are looking for: Strong I.T Skills. Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office skills are a must. Previous experience of 4P/4 projects/viewpoint. Experience with Microsoft. Strong English reading and writing skills. A keen eye for detail. Ability to build relationships quickly. Experience working within the construction industry.
