Working Hours:

* Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

* Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:15 PM

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a proactive attitude to join our team as a Site Auditor. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be task-driven, and capable of working independently while thriving in a fast-paced environment. Experience in conducting internal audits is essential. This role will involve working at two manufacturing sites in Clevedon and Wotton under Edge.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the full audit process, including conducting procedural, GMP, and hygiene audits, ensuring compliance with retailer and BRC standards using the iAuditor system.

* Oversee the management of non-conformances, ensuring they are addressed in line with company procedures and verified in a timely manner.

* Coordinate the annual audit programme and ensure all audits are completed as scheduled.

* Provide support and guidance to operational teams on retailer and BRC standards to maintain site compliance.

* Maintain and update audit templates in line with current standards and best practices.

* Communicate major non-conformances effectively with the Management Team.

* Compile and report on audit KPIs regularly.

* Capture, investigate, and report non-conformances for both the site and suppliers, ensuring effective close-out.

Key Requirements:

* Educational Qualifications: Degree in Food Science.

* Experience: Proven experience in conducting internal audits in compliance with BRC and retailer standards.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

* GCSEs or equivalent at Grade B or higher in Maths and English.

* Excellent time management skills with the flexibility to adapt to changing work demands.

* Full right to work in the UK.

* Clean driving licence
