The Company:
c£140m FM service provider who work across the whole of the UK.
The Role:
This will be one man site where you will be maintaining 4 commercial buildings on a complex in Motherwell , you will be responsible for general PPM's and reactive maintenance of all building services - and also AHU's, FCU's, pumps, pipework.
The Person:
You will have a proven track record of working in a client facing maintenance role together with a mechanical trade qualification. It is preferred that you have worked in larger commercial buildings.
The Package:
The basic salary is £42 - £43k pending on experience
The package also includes:
25 days holiday
6% pension
