Exciting 12 Month Contract Broad and diverse job responsibilities About Our Client Our client is a reputable leader in the industrial sector. With over 100 employees, they are committed to delivering high-quality utility services while maintaining a strong focus on their environmental responsibilities. Job Description Oversee daily operations of construction sites Ensure safety regulations are adhered to at all times Supervise construction workers and subcontractors Maintain a high standard of workmanship Coordinate with project managers and other construction supervisors Attend project meetings and provide progress reports Manage construction schedules and deliverables Resolve on-site issues and challenges Overseeing daily construction/demolition activities at the site. Ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget. Managing a wide range of contractors Overseeing things like drain repairs, road digs, excavations, new pipelines Implementing safety measures and ensuring compliance with regulations. Distribution of permits Managing resources effectively to meet project needs. Carrying out regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Providing regular reports on project progress and milestones.

The Successful Applicant A successful Site Construction Supervisor should have:

Educated in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field. Proven experience in managing construction projects. Experienced managing a wide range of contractors on a busy site Exceptional leadership and communication skills. An ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure. Ability to start asap and open to a 12 month project role.
