The Role Coordination of contractor's mobilization/demobilization activities to site including site lay down areas and site facilities. Responsible for the supervision of construction works executed by subcontractors to ensure that works are constructed on time, within the budget, in accordance with the approved scope of works, engineering design, QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) standards and technical specifications. Key Activities Constructability review and study for subcontractor works when required Review subcontractor construction plans and schedules Review and provide comments on method statements, risk assessments, quality plans and other executive and technical documentation developed by subcontractor from start of construction of projects till completion Analyse and provide advice to subcontractors and managers on methods and approaches to resolve potential/detected technical or execution problems If technical issues are detected, prepare a technical queries or field modification notice as needed Participation and follow up of inspection work on site (off site if needed) Report over any deviation detected on site Ensure timely issuance of PTW (Permit to Work) by subcontractors, direct and supervise subcontractor's construction team to ensure adherence to the PTW conditions Facilitate issuance of necessary permits by subcontractors Responsible as performing authority for PTW by the Contractor if needed If requested be prepared for shift work (possibly night shift) especially during wall slip forming works Attends meetings with subcontractors and vendors to plan the works, coordinate construction activities, monitor manpower and equipment etc. Review, verify and report (daily, weekly) on work progress of subcontractors Review of final documentation and red marked up "as built" drawings Ensure follow up completion and clearance of all punch list items monitor If you wish to speak to a member of the recruitment team, please contact 01224 246246.
