Kanadevia Inova are recruiting a Site Cost Controller to be based on our Power Plant site in Walsall, UK. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Monitoring of project costs and analysis of deviations from the project plan, providing regular project forecast (cost to complete). Working closely with the Lead Project Controller and Work Package Holders in Head Office (Zurich) and in particular on site with the Site Manager, Site Construction Manager, Project Manager Civil Works, Site Supervisors, Site Quantity Surveyors, Site Commercial Manager, and Commissioning Manager. Managing the local costs (petty cash, credit card, cheque book, project bank account, etc.). Cooperating with regional and headquarter accounting, mainly for manpower cost management. Planning and controlling revenues recognition and project margins through booking of accruals for Civil and Site Lots. Checking and approving invoices from subcontractors. Qualifications

Experience in a project cost control and/or project accounting role. Good command of SAP including these modules (PS, SD, MM, FI). Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel). Strong understanding of project controlling and financial management. Percentage-of-completion method (PoC) accounting experience under

IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) . Understanding of the commercial process of EPC Contracts. Ability to work independently and establish structures in new environments. Additional Information
