An industry-leading M&E service provider is seeking a Site Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work at a large commercial site based in Pangbourne, Berkshire. This role is offering a salary of up to £42,000 with fantastic opportunities to develop and progress within the industry.
Job Role: This position is paying an annual salary of up to £42,000. The hours of work are Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm. The role of an Electrical Maintenance Engineer is to carry out the servicing and reactive repairs to electrically based plant equipment, power, and lighting. Additionally, the engineer will be expected to assist with other basic duties as directed by the contract manager. Responsibilities include: Carry out routines unsupervised (PPM and reactive). Diagnose and repair faults on building services L8. AHU maintenance, pumps, motors, heating system fault finding and awareness (heat exchangers, actuators, pipe work). Relevant work experience includes but is not limited to: 3 Phase motors Emergency Lighting AHU's, FCU's Pumps, Motors Fans, Belts, Filters Skills Required: The successful candidate must have: At least 3 years experience in building services. City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent in Electrical Installation. Good presentation and interpersonal skills as this is a client-facing role.
