Abatec is assisting a highly regarded Civil Engineering contractor with the recruitment of a permanent Site Engineer. Our client has long-standing relations with national house builders and provides groundworks packages on large volume housing developments across Devon. With a turnover in excess of £35 million, our client can offer stability and security of work.
As Site Engineer you will: Have experience of large volume housing schemes. Be the main source of technical advice and quality control for everyone working on site. Provide levelling and surveying across the site, checking drawings and quantities and ensuring the accuracy of calculations. Be provided training on GPS machine control, if you do not have experience with this.
Our client requires a Site Engineer with: Valid CSCS and experience of Leica robotic total stations. A good understanding of AutoCAD. Knowledge of construction health & safety protocols. Excellent communication skills. HND/HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering.
Salary and benefits include: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum plus package including company vehicle or car allowance.
