Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Setting out, levelling, and surveying onsite. Project procurement and organisation of material, sub-contractors and plant, including planning work schedules. Ensuring work is being executed in a safe manner and managing CDM compliance on site. Liaison with project stakeholders. Analysis of drawings, specifications, and other documentation for accuracy of calculation including the analysis of labour, plant and materials costs. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that work meets project standards and specifications. General site paperwork and assist with the management of the site including supervision of the site labour force and work of subcontractors. Perform site tasks, cube making, site activities logs and other relevant tasks as required. Requirements:
Ideally have 1-3 years experience working in Civil Engineering or Construction. B.Sc. Degree or higher, in Civil or Structural Engineering. Confident using Microsoft packages and AutoCAD. Excellent communication skills. Excellent planning, organisational, teamwork and presentation skills. Full clean drivers’ licence.
