with water sector experience to join the team on an

8-month contract , overseeing critical project phases and ensuring successful delivery. Role Overview: As a

Sub Agent

on this project, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring that work is carried out to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. You will assist the Site Agent in managing day-to-day activities, coordinating with teams and stakeholders, and ensuring the project meets its targets. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the overall management of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget. Supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to ensure smooth workflow. Oversee and manage work related to water infrastructure, including pipelines, treatment facilities, and associated civil works. Ensure high standards of quality control are maintained throughout the project. Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for senior management. Assist with resource planning, material procurement, and cost management. Maintain strong communication with the client and stakeholders, addressing any concerns or changes promptly. Identify and mitigate any potential project risks or issues that may arise. Qualifications & Experience: Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Proven experience in the water industry, with a background in civil engineering projects. Previous experience as a Sub Agent or Senior Site Engineer, ideally within the water or utilities sector. Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards in water infrastructure projects. Ability to manage and motivate site teams effectively. SMSTS certification (essential), CSCS card, and First Aid certification (preferred). Excellent communication and leadership skills. How to Apply: If you are a skilled
