My client is a leading sub-contractor working on a major earthworks scheme in Gloucestershire and is currently recruiting a Site Engineer to complete a 6-month contract. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of engineering for the earthworks package on this project.
Site Engineer Responsibilities:
Reporting and working closely with the Project Manager and Foreman. Site set-up and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Completing all setting out associated with the earthworks package. Quality assurance and control to ensure project standards are met.
Site Engineer Requirements:
CSCS card. SMSTS or SSSTS (Desirable, not essential). Previous experience in earthworks. Degree in Civil Engineering or time-served experience.
