Duties:
Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently at all times. Conduct site surveys, setting out, and levelling for all projects we work on. Monitor and report on project progress (weekly/monthly), identifying and addressing any issues or delays and reporting them back to the site team. Liaise with project managers and subcontractors to ensure the project is going smoothly. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and quality standards at all times. Prepare and maintaining accurate site documentation and records. Assist in the preparation of project plans and schedules with the site team.
Person Specification:
