We have a current opportunity for a Site Engineer on a contract basis, this will be based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, and will be an extremely long-term project.
This specific part of what can only be described as a huge Rail and Civils project in Yorkshire is for Embankment Stabilisation and Soil Nailing. We need a Site Engineer who has experience in similar work or projects; Earthworks/Groundworks and Rail Civils background is advantageous too.
ESSENTIAL for this Site Engineer position: Site Engineer experience All aspects of H&S and paperwork Worked on large scale projects for Tier 1 Ideally Soil Nailing experience PTS
The position for Site Engineer is an urgent one, ideally with the client looking to get someone on board within 4 weeks (end Aug), however, notice periods and personal situations will be considered for the right person.
The location is Huddersfield, so ideally people who live local enough to travel here daily. However, this client will offer the successful Site Engineer a lodge allowance of £250 a week (£50 pd) paid out of £355.77, so after tax deductions, you will receive the full intended amount of £250 to help towards lodge/substance. This will be subject to review and authorisation by the client.
