Site Engineer

or

Setting Out Engineer

to join their team. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of exciting projects, including Industrial, Residential, and Commercial developments. Key Responsibilities: Setting Out:

Accurately set out and survey construction sites, ensuring all work is carried out to the correct positions, levels, and alignments. Site Management:

Oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinating with the site team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. Quality Control:

Monitor work quality, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Technical Support:

Provide technical guidance to the site team, resolving any issues or challenges that arise during construction. Health & Safety:

Ensure all site activities comply with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and risk assessments. Documentation:

Maintain accurate site records, including as-built drawings, daily reports, and site diaries. Qualifications and Experience: A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Relevant qualifications and certifications in Site Engineering or Setting Out. Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within Industrial, Residential, and Commercial projects. Strong knowledge of surveying equipment, construction methods, and industry regulations. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills. Proficiency in using CAD software and other relevant tools. Valid UK right to work is required.
