About the Role: We are seeking a skilled

Residential Site Engineer

to join our team and oversee the technical and engineering aspects of residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in groundwork, setting out, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate residential construction projects from start to finish.

Carry out

setting out, levelling, and surveying

using Total Stations and GPS equipment.

Ensure all works comply with project specifications, industry standards, and health & safety regulations.

Work closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Assist with the management of materials, equipment, and workforce on-site.

Provide

technical guidance and problem-solving

support to the site team.

Maintain accurate site records, including daily progress reports and quality control documentation.

Ensure strict adherence to site safety regulations and company policies.

Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and local authorities.

Requirements: Degree or HNC/HND

in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Proven experience working on

residential groundwork

projects.

Proficiency in

setting out techniques

using Total Stations, GPS, and AutoCAD.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Valid

CSCS card

(or willingness to obtain one).

Full

UK driving license .
