Gortmore are looking for a Site Engineer for an immediate start on a Civils project in Melksham on the 6th of January for 4-5 months. The candidate must have: Previous experience of working on Civils projects, including groundworks, drainage, service/ductwork installation, concrete, etc. Excellent knowledge of setting out using GPS and robotic EDM. Ability to manage and ensure QA documents are completed correctly. Experience in carrying out ITPs. Competency in reading drawings and quantifying materials. Excellent communication skills for distributing project information to colleagues. Ability to ensure that works are being carried out to the latest drawings and documents. Capability to work as part of a team in assisting site management with materials, KPIs, progress reports, etc. Experience in maintaining a daily site diary. Problem-solving capabilities and ability to raise any potential issues.
