London Site Engineer required for a small residential developer to work on the early stages of a brand new residential development based near Hampton. The project itself is a 40 unit housing scheme consisting of 2 and 3 bedroom houses. Responsibilities:
Setting Out plots, heights and block & beam floors. Work on projects from groundworks up to the structural stages. Qualifications:
Ideally Degree Qualified Solid background working on residential projects. Proven track record working on residential new build schemes At least 3 years’ experience in relevant roles Must have own tools and vehicle. Competitive day rate being offered with the option of a permanent placement covering projects in the South West London and Surrey areas. Apply For This Job
