The project is crucial to ensure students can move in by September. The scheme involves highway improvement works and landscaping around the new build. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee S278 highway improvement works. Coordinate footway adjustments around the new build. Assist with private hard and soft landscaping tasks. Minimum Requirements: 5 years of setting out experience. Infrastructure experience. CSCS card required. Available for 9-hour days. Note:
This position is outside IR35, with or without kit.
