What You Will Do

Supervise all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications. Oversee the installation of solar panels, inverters, and other system components, maintaining the highest quality standards. Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel. Provide technical guidance and support, troubleshooting any issues that arise during the installation process. Coordinate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain accurate documentation of on-site activities, including progress reports and inspection logs. What You Will Bring

Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar energy installation or a similar role. Strong knowledge of solar energy systems and electrical components. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
