We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Pre-Construction Manager and Civils Manager, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our new build projects. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the Pre-Construction Manager and Civils Manager to plan and execute new build projects. Conduct regular site visits across the North of England to oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Assist in the preparation of construction plans, drawings, and schedules. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and proposing effective solutions. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on site. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team, resolving any technical issues that may arise. Qualifications and Skills: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role, preferably within the new build sector. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel across the North of England for regular site visits. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other construction software is advantageous.
