Our client has a requirement for an Environmental Coordinator, who will be required to work on a contract basis in Teesside.
This role will be working on the prestigious NZT project in Teesside, contributing to key environmental initiatives. Role Purpose: Implement and oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management systems. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and promote sustainable practices across project sites. Job Role Responsibilities: Drive awareness and adherence to the HSE Management System. Coordinate Environmental Management Plans and issue permits as required. Manage environmental issues at project sites and promote sustainability initiatives. Collaborate with certification bodies to maintain ISO 14001 compliance. Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications: Proven experience in HSE management and environmental compliance. Familiarity with ISO 14001 and environmental management systems. Strong ability to develop training and awareness programs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
