Site Foreman / Manager Newtownards Salary DOE + Van Residential Project in Newtownards Timber Frame Housing. Would suit a Joiner who has made the move to a more Management role. This position is full-time permanent, Site Based, Monday to Friday, 30 Days Holiday, Van and Laptop. Day to Day: Manage on site team and work in line with Senior Management. Working on Residential Projects across Northern Ireland. Operate and promote safe working on site. Control of Sub-Contractors on site. Equipment and materials management. Ensure the completion of works on time and within budget. Experience & Qualifications: Experienced Site Foreman from a Construction / Trades background. Experience on Residential Timberframe Housing. Valid Site Cards and UK Driving Licence. Willing to Travel NI with the role. Excellent organisational skills and Health and Safety Management.
