Site Foreman/Project Manager, Sherborne, £50,000 per annum, Permanent Are you an experienced Site Foreman/ Project Manager with a passion for preserving historic buildings? Our ideal candidate will have: Experience: Proven experience in a site foreman role, with a strong background in construction. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team on-site. Craftsmanship: High standards of workmanship and meticulous attention to detail. Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders. Passion for Preservation: A genuine interest in maintaining and enhancing the integrity of historic properties. As an experienced Site Foreman / Project Manager, you will be hands-on in ensuring projects remain on track and are completed to a high standard. To succeed in this role, you will need: SSSTS or SMSTS qualified Essential experience in Construction and Restoration Projects Enthusiastic self-starter with confident communication skills Desirable experience in people supervision and first-line management Good working knowledge of relevant Health & Safety procedures.
