We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Installation Manager to lead and oversee installations, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have exceptional problem-solving skills, a client-focused attitude, and the ability to manage a team of installers while adhering to strict deadlines. This is a dynamic role requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and expertise in joinery and shopfitting. Key Responsibilities

Installation Planning and Management: Collaborate with Workshop, Project Managers, and suppliers to define installation needs from design sign-off to completion. Plan installations well in advance, including materials, crew, permits, and access requirements. Monitor critical paths and resolve potential roadblocks to meet strict deadlines. Identify and communicate concerns regarding the build's practicality or health and safety (H&S) risks. Cost and Revenue Management: Maintain a departmental gross margin of 30%, minimising unplanned expenses. Control sub-contractor expenditure and foster a cost-conscious culture within the team. Leadership and Team Coordination: Lead, mentor, and manage the installation team and sub-departments. Ensure harmony within the team while upholding discipline and commitment to excellence. Conduct one-on-one sessions with team members to address concerns and promote a positive work environment. Identify training needs and coach team members to meet performance goals. Scheduling and Communication: Clearly define tasks and responsibilities for stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met. Brief sub-contractors with clarity on the scope of work, avoiding unplanned costs. Estimate and allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilisation of the team. Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to all site rules and regulations. Prepare and implement Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). Report incidents promptly and maintain accurate documentation in the Accident Logbook. Procurement and Resource Management: Ensure timely procurement of equipment and consumables, including uniforms and other essentials. Develop contingency plans to address unexpected challenges during installations. Site Visits and Oversight: Travel to UK and EU sites for major installations as required. Work primarily from the office/workshop while ensuring seamless on-site operations. Quality Assurance and Reporting: Inspect and sign off on completed jobs, ensuring client satisfaction and documenting processes. Provide post-installation summaries, including feedback on performance, near misses, and areas for improvement. Skills and Experience

Essential Experience:

8+ years in retail, shopfitting, joinery, or vinyl installations. Leadership:

Proven ability to manage teams and foster a collaborative, disciplined work environment. Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of installation processes and safety standards. Organizational Skills:

Exceptional planning, scheduling, and resource allocation abilities. Client-Facing Communication:
