Comprehensive training in company systems and procedures will be provided to help the successful candidate achieve excellence in performance. The Role:
Installation of fencing, kerb laying, or flagging, including setting line and levels per site instructions. Pre-planning and coordinating works, including materials, plant, and concrete supplies. Collaborating as part of a site crew to achieve targets on program completion. Maintaining accurate records, including weekly work sheets and daily diary notes. Interpreting fencing installation details and ensuring proper execution. Communicating effectively with site foremen and managers. Essential Criteria:
Previous construction experience essential. Knowledge of fencing installation or related construction tasks such as kerb laying or flagging. Ability to plan and sequence works effectively. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Basic literacy skills (reading and writing). Driving license required. Desirable Criteria:
CSR card. CSR certification for operating dumper and digger. Experience with daily plant and vehicle inspections and associated paperwork. Knowledge of health and safety best practices. Experience with machinery such as diggers and dumpers. Familiarity with materials including concrete, wood, and metal. Proficiency in using hand and power tools. Benefits:
