Due to our continued growth, we are recruiting for a Site Leader to join the Engineering Training department. Within this job role, we are looking for someone who will support the training manager and provide site-level leadership to ensure all training courses are carried out to the highest standards that we already maintain in the company. Responsibilities:

Support the Training Manager/Training Lead in managing the local training program for Prestwick Maintenance Facilities. Manage the local team of Technical Training Instructors to ensure demand is supported in a structured and timely manner. Ensure all Technical Training is prepared and delivered in compliance with EASA Part-145 regulations, where applicable. Provide oversight, liaison, and support of the RYR AMC program. Develop instructor materials (course outlines, lesson plans, background material, instructional materials, and training aids) at the request of the training manager. Maintain and develop the local training centre for further learning enhancements across all levels of training. Demonstrate a strong “hands-on” attitude. Build and deliver effective training programs to meet the above-mentioned training requirements. Deliver all technical training to engineering staff to the highest industry standards, including but not limited to: Delivery of all technical training associated with business needs across all airlines within the Group. Delivery of specialized type-specific training. Requirements:

Evidence of previous employment in a supervisory or management role. Strong organizational skills and the ability to build and deliver effective training programs. A keen eye for detail and ability to escalate issues to the management team. Ability to plan and work to deadlines laid out by the management teams. Good working knowledge of Office 365 and eagerness to learn new programs/software tools. Ability to scrutinize and supply constructive critique where non-compliance may be found. Effective communication skills to interact with the team through all types of communication (verbal, face-to-face, virtual). Open-minded, eager to learn new skills and bring new ideas to the team. Strong work ethic and responsibility for timely completion of work. Flexibility and ability to adapt to change quickly. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Ability to seek and find solutions and address them to the management team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must hold a valid EU passport and be willing to travel as required by the business.
