Support the Training Manager/Training Lead in managing the local training program for Prestwick Maintenance Facilities. Manage the local team of Technical Training Instructors to ensure demand is supported in a structured and timely manner. Ensure all Technical Training is prepared and delivered in compliance with EASA Part-145 regulations, where applicable. Provide oversight, liaison, and support of the RYR AMC program. Develop instructor materials (course outlines, lesson plans, background material, instructional materials, and training aids) at the request of the training manager. Maintain and develop the local training centre for further learning enhancements across all levels of training. Demonstrate a hands-on attitude. Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to build and deliver effective training programs to meet the training requirements. Communicate clearly (written & oral) and possess presentation skills. Deliver all technical training to engineering staff to the highest industry standards, including: Delivery of all technical training associated with business needs across all airlines within the Group. Strong work ethic and responsibility for work completion in a timely manner. Flexible and able to adapt to change quickly. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Ability to seek and find solutions and address them to the management team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must hold a valid EU passport and be willing to travel as required by the business.
