An industry-leading M&E service provider is seeking a Site Maintenance Engineer (electrical biased) to work at a commercial site based near New Bond Street, London. This role offers a salary of up to £42,000 with fantastic opportunities to develop and progress within the industry.
Job Role:
This position is paying an annual salary of up to £42,000. The hours of work are Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm. The role of Site Maintenance Engineer (Electrical biased) is to carry out the servicing and reactive repairs to electrically based plant equipment, power, and lighting. Additionally, the engineer will be expected to assist with other basic duties as directed by the contract manager. Key responsibilities include: Carrying out routines unsupervised (PPM and reactive). Diagnosing and repairing faults on building services L8. Performing AHU maintenance, pumps, motors, and heating system fault finding (heat exchangers, actuators, pipe work). Relevant work experience includes but is not limited to: 3 Phase motors Emergency Lighting AHUs, FCUs Pumps, Motors Fans, Belts, Filters Skills Required:
The successful candidate must have: At least 3 years of experience in building services. City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent in Electrical Installation.
