Business Need / Purpose of Role: Manage and administer the AESOp's Asset Management Contract at Meadowhead, Irvine, and Stevenston sites in line with contract requirements and client procedures and policies. Objectives & Measurement: Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities: Objectives: Ensure Health and Safety requirements are adhered to at all times in accordance with company procedures as well as the provisions of Health and Safety legislation. Ensure all work is undertaken in accordance with prepared safety documentation. Manage on-site team and sub-contractors in keeping with contract and business requirements. Prepare required monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting in keeping with agreed schedule. Develop and implement techniques and methods of process control which increase plant efficiency. Manage project costs and programme to keep within budget and agreed timescale, updating client with progress. Support Customer in emergent works through planning, estimation, technical support, proposal preparation, and delivery. Provide technical support to site team and Customer. Administer required information into ERP system and Idhammar Computerised Maintenance Management System. Measurements: Meeting contract KPIs and contract targets. Meet or exceed client Health and Safety targets. Increase client financial input from AESOPS account. Secure future contract extensions through exceeding customer expectations and strong relationships. Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications: Education and/or Experience: Mechanical engineering Apprenticeship. HNC Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. IOSH Managing Safety Certificate or working towards, or Safety Passport. CompEx Foundation - desirable. Experience with biological wastewater treatment processes, including DAFs, aeration basins, centrifuges, and wastewater chemistry would be advantageous. Minimum of 5 years' experience in plant operations, including 2 years in a supervisory capacity. Education in WWT operations, sanitary engineering, or related technical field. A knowledge of the methods, materials, tools, and equipment used in the operation, maintenance, inspection, repair, and installation of wastewater treatment plant components advantageous. A knowledge of the occupational hazards in wastewater treatment plants and safety measures to be implemented. Language Skills: Good communicator with the ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to customers. Excellent report writing skills and able to compile comprehensive technical reports. Mathematical: Skilled in man-hours and material estimation. Reasoning Ability: Ability to read and interpret engineering specifications and drawings. Knowledge of and ability to apply policies and procedures. Computer Skills: Understanding of fundamental computer skills with previous experience using Microsoft Office for communications and reporting. Experience with preventative maintenance software. Physical Demands: Medically fit to fulfil the role and prepared to undergo drugs and alcohol testing as required. Work Environment:

Waste Water Treatment Plant and extended sites.
