A fast growing FM service provider is seeking a Site Supervisor to work at a commercial site based near Fenchurch Street, City of London. This role will be still working on the tools. This role is offering a salary of £50,000 per annum with fantastic opportunities to develop and progress within the industry.
Job Role:
You will be required to work Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
The FM provider is an established, specialist, and well-respected provider of building services in the industry and one which continually strives to deliver the best possible employees to its clients. This is a company renowned in the industry for investing in their people and providing the latest training as well as offering fantastic internal career progression.
The site is a prestigious commercial/industrial building, which will require all candidates to be client-facing with a positive and friendly attitude at all times and have supervisory experience. The Supervisor must have experience working within a team carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance.
Relevant previous work experience includes but is not limited to:
Fault finding PPM's FCU's Generators 3 Phase power supply UPS's AHU's BMS Chillers Boilers Water treatments
This is a permanent position on a leading contract where you will be joining as an integral member of the team.
The successful candidate must have:
Electrically or mechanically trained with at least 5 years' experience in the building services trade Must have at least 3 years supervisory/Lead experience Must be well presented with good interpersonal skills as this is a client-facing role
