Supervise daily site operations, managing subcontractors, laborers, and suppliers to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines. Quality Control:
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks, ensuring all work meets established standards and contractual obligations. Safety Leadership:
Enforce health and safety protocols on-site, conducting safety briefings and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and airport requirements. Schedule Monitoring:
Support the Project Manager in developing and maintaining project schedules, tracking progress across multiple sites, and addressing any delays or issues promptly. Effective Communication:
Act as a liaison between site personnel and the Project Manager, facilitating clear communication and reporting on project status and site conditions. Documentation Management:
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, incident reports, and change order requests, and assist in preparing progress reports for stakeholders. Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all work complies with airside operational standards and regulations, working closely with airport authorities and stakeholders. Qualifications: Education:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of site management or construction supervision experience, particularly in airport fit-out projects or similar environments. Airside Passes:
Must possess valid airside passes and have a thorough understanding of airside operational requirements. Knowledge:
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulatory requirements related to airside operations. Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Certifications:
