Keystone are currently recruiting on behalf of a privately owned contractor based in the Thames Valley area that specialise in the delivery of luxury residential builds across the South.
They are currently seeking a
Freelance Site Manager
to work alongside a team in overseeing a large Grade II listed refurbishment of an existing property just north of Andover.
Responsibilities: Oversee the refurbishment project and manage the site team. Ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget. Maintain high standards of health and safety on site. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and contractors.
Minimum Requirements: At least 3 - 5 years experience delivering refurbishment schemes as a Site Manager for a Main Contractor. Must be based within an hour commute of Andover. Availability to work on the site until at least February.
The client has stated they would be willing to pay up to £300 per day depending on experience.
