The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to deliver a 60 unit apartment scheme in Brentwood, Essex involving the construction of larger than average high spec apartments on a tight footprint site, with the project finishing in August 2025 at which stage you would move to one of several large brand new developments in Essex – in either Colchester, Takeley, Barking or Epping with each new project lasting at least 5 years.
You will report to a Project Manager and primarily focus on taking blocks of apartments (that range from 2 to 5 storeys) from shell & core through fit-out and handover, but will also be exposed to external works and landscaping.

Salary up to £65,000

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a Site Manager with a background in delivering residential schemes; able to successfully lead subcontractors to deliver an exceptional quality product, with a key focus on detail and an eye for quality. Longevity in their career is vital for the successful Site Manager, with a track record of taking projects from start to finish.
A background in fit-out of residential units is vital for this role. The successful candidate will start on this aspect of the build process, then be given the opportunity to develop their skillset working under a mentor.
