Freshwater Site Manager Location:

Applecross, Scotland We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Freshwater Site Manager to lead, coach, and develop a strong site team. The ideal candidate will be a people manager with a focus on maintaining high levels of health and safety and operational standards. Utilizing the Freshwater Competency Framework, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Health & Safety standards, you will measure and improve site performance. Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing site team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Health & Safety:

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety and well-being. Operational Management:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to SOPs and operational standards. Performance Improvement:

Utilize the Freshwater Competency Framework to measure and enhance site performance. Hands-On Management:

Engage in hands-on activities to support the team and ensure smooth operations. Communication:

Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability. Training & Development:

Identify training needs and opportunities for team members, supporting their professional growth. Problem Solving:

Address and resolve any operational issues promptly and effectively. Project Management:

Manage site projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Benefits:
