11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Job Overview: We are looking for experienced Site Managers to oversee the day shift for a fast-paced retail bakery conversion programme across multiple stores in Northern Ireland. This is a short-term contract requiring strong organisational and leadership skills to manage tight schedules and ensure smooth project delivery. Programme Overview: Ballymena (BT42 3AG): 02/12/2024 Sprucefield (BT27 5UQ): 03/12/2024 Forestside (BT8 6FX): 04/12/2024 Responsibilities: Oversee daily site operations to ensure work is completed on schedule. Manage subcontractors and teams effectively during the shift. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide progress updates to the project management team. Requirements: Certifications Required: SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card preferred), Asbestos Awareness, Fire Marshall, 3-Day First Aid. Previous experience in retail refurbishment or fitout projects. Strong organisational and time management skills.
