Job Description
Ivy Resource Group are currently looking to hire a
Site Manager
to join one our clients on a permanent basis in
Bath, Somerset.
The company:
Our client in a regional new-build housing developer who deliver luxury, high specification new homes.
The role entails:
The site is due to commence in January 25 and will consist of 4 high end, complex properties.
Managing the teams and sub-contractors on site
Liasing with clients
Compliance with Building Regulations and structural warranty standards
Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project
Coordinate site materials including call offs, stock control and storage
Reviewing progress and liaising with Quantity Surveyors to monitor costs
What are we looking for?
A strong background as a Site Manager with experience in the new-build residential sector
Strong IT Skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proactive with the ability to work and manage time effectively
Relevant industry qualifications - SMSTS, 1st Aid and Scaffold Awareness
