Site Manager - Structural and Architectural Steel

Are you an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in steelwork? Our client, a leading name in the design, manufacture, and installation of structural and architectural steelwork, is seeking a skilled professional to join their team.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Role Overview: As a Site Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. You will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating teams, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to meet project deadlines and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage and coordinate teams involved in the design, manufacture, and installation of steelwork. Supervise subcontractors and site staff, ensuring work is completed to a high standard. Liaise with the project management and design teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Monitor progress and provide updates to clients and stakeholders. Ensure all materials and equipment are available to meet project timelines. Conduct quality checks and resolve any on-site issues promptly.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager in the structural and/or architectural steelwork industry. Comprehensive knowledge of steelwork processes, from design to installation. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and tasks. Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
