Nelson Permanent Placements are urgently recruiting on behalf of our client who are a market-leading Residential Developers. They are currently looking for a Site Manager for 1 day cover on a New Build Homes Site based in Leicester.

£250 per day
Hours:
07:30-16:00
Start Date:
Wed 29th January (1 Day Cover)
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for organising works, delegating tasks for tradesmen on-site, driving Health & Safety/PPE standards, keeping a log of works and reporting to the client accordingly.
Site Manager Requirements:
2-3 years' experience as a Site Manager (within property development/residential construction settings) A Valid CSCS Construction Card A Valid SMSTS Certificate
