Site Manager
to be based on-site full-time, ensuring the smooth coordination of daily operations and maintaining a seamless workflow throughout the project’s lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational skills, with a proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects. Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate site operatives and subcontractors. Conduct and lead morning briefings and progress meetings. Organize and manage work gangs to maintain project efficiency. Carry out site inductions to ensure safety and compliance. Monitor and track progress against programme maps, reporting any potential delays. Maintain strong, personable communication with all stakeholders, fostering a positive team environment. Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times. Ideal Candidate: A hands-on and approachable leader who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment. Previous experience managing £20m+ projects, including earthworks and superstructures. Ideally, capable of transitioning into internal works upon completion of the superstructure phase. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
