Milton Keynes, with travel throughout Bedford and Luton Contract:
Temporary, until of March 2025 with likely extension, with further work to be released Salary:
£32 per hour Job Summary: Are you a
Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager
that can support our
Social Housing retrofit
projects in Bedford and Luton. The successful candidate will have experience in EWI, IWI, air source heat pumps, and kitchen/bathroom delivery. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated and hands-on individual to join a growing company and make a real difference in people's homes. This is a social housing role and the Candidate will need to be good at dealing with tenants Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all aspects of retrofit projects in Bedford and Luton Ensure all projects are completed to a high standard and within budget Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication Oversee health and safety on site Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation Experience with EWI, IWI, air source heat pumps, and kitchen/bathroom delivery is essential Requirements: A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role A valid CSCS card (specific card type will be dependent on the role) A basic DBS check Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and other office software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A flexible and can-do attitude A valid driving license Benefits: Competitive salary (£32 per hour) Overtime pay Travel allowance for site visits Opportunity for permanency How to Apply: Please submit your CV via our website.
