Freelance Site Manager required for project in Milton Keynes for a period of 3 to 4 weeks.
This is a high security site and hence no previous criminal convictions will be accepted.
You must have
SMSTS ,
CSCS Card , and
First Aid . You must also be experienced with commercial projects and temporary buildings. You will also be very security conscious, reliable, punctual, and professional at all times.
Main duties will include overseeing teams of approximately 3 to 10 people on site who will be carrying out works on temporary buildings. Conducting toolbox talks and working in line with RAMS drawn up.
Site hours are intended to be 8am to 5pm though this is subject to change.
