Involve recruitment are in search of a Site Manager for our client, a leading construction company in the New Build and Refurbishment sector. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the company's success. Duties:

Manage and lead project teams, ensuring all members understand their roles and responsibilities. Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery. Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any issues or concerns. Ensure effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred). Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role. Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities. SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid (essential). Ability to present information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
