A leading main construction contractor specialising in the healthcare sector, focusing on full design and build within traditional construction and modular build. The project is due to finish in March 2025, and they are looking for an experienced site manager to act as the liaison between the construction director and the site management team. Location: Bristol, with parking on site.
The right candidate will be proficient in managing a small team, well-organised, and able to multi-task.
Responsibilities:
Managing a team of 4 site managers/supervisors Overseeing site access Responsible for site health and safety Ensuring the project runs according to programme and resolving delays quickly and effectively 10 hours on site Minimum Requirements:
Experienced in managing a large site Experienced in working for a main or principal contractor Holds SMSTS and First Aid certifications The successful candidate will be a team player, leader, organiser, and possess excellent communication skills.
